I loved the beautiful gardens where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure to take care of all your needs. The breakfast provided is delicious, and there's free wifi available throughout the hotel.

The restaurant's food was not up to its standards of previous years - I don't think the buffet-style meals are good enough.

The hotel is gorgeous with a very lovely garden. Nice seating area with view to the garden and the beautiful courtyard. The hotel is located at 5 mins walk to Guadalupe church and about 10 mins walk to downtown. The personnel is courteous and helpful. We were able to check-in at 8 am, greatly appreciated because we could rest for a couple hours after riding the bus all night. And the bed was done when we returned later at night after visiting the town.

Need improvement with quality for breakfast. We would have taken our breakfast daily for convenience.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful gardens of this hotel. The restaurants were also delicious, and the service was prompt and attentive. The location was also convenient, as it was close to many shops and attractions.

The lack of heating in the rooms made for a chilly night's sleep. Additionally, some of the rooms did not have windows, which made them dark and uninviting. we enjoyed our stay but recommend bringing warm clothing and requesting a room with a window.
